East Lothian-based outdoor adventure company Wild Cairns has been named one of the Nation's Favourite Businesses for 2026 by the Small Business Saturday campaign.
Founded by Scott Smith and Gus McLeod, Wild Cairns delivers instructor-led outdoor adventures for families, schools, youth groups and corporate teams across Scotland.
Following a nationwide search, the business has secured a place in this year's line-up, earning national recognition for its work encouraging people of all ages to get outdoors, stay active and connect with nature.
Co-founder Scott Smith said:

Gus and I started Wild Cairns because we wanted to get more kids and adults outdoors, active and having fun, so to see what we've built recognised nationally means a huge amount to us and our whole team."
The recognition forms part of the countdown to Small Business Saturday, taking place on 5 December, which celebrates and supports small businesses across the UK.
