Invest East Lothian works in partnership with East Lothian Works to provide a one-stop service for employers seeking support with recruitment, workforce development, skills training and funding opportunities. The service is delivered in partnership with East Lothian Council's Economic Development team, the Department for Work and Pensions and Skills Development Scotland.

Workforce Support for Employers

We support employers across East Lothian with a range of workforce solutions, including:

Employer Recruitment Incentive

Funding for employers recruiting individuals who face barriers to employment, including people who have experienced long-term unemployment.
